New Human Cerebellar Brain Organoid Generated

Stem Cell scientists from the University of Southern California (USC) recently generated a new type of human cerebellar brain organoid that contains granule cells and Purkinje neurons. These Purkinje cells are capable for replicating the normal physiology of neurons and thus can serve as a realistic platform for neuron disease simulation.
